FOI Request - Non-Disclosure Agreements

Under the Freedom of Information legislation please can you send me details on the costs and number of settlements made with non-disclosure agreements made by the council each calendar year (Jan to Dec) for the previous five years (to end of 2020).
Please can you also provide the number of these agreements which were in relation to bullying and or harassment allegations?

Please see previous response (http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_129002.html) that covers the first  3 years within this timeframe. More recent information would identify individuals due to the very low numbers involved: disclosure would risk identifying individuals and is therefore exempt under section 38(1)b, personal information, and section 36(2)(b), confidentiality, of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
