FOI Request - Road Closures Due To Adverse Weather

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would be grateful if you could provide me the closures of the council's roads, due to adverse weather (particularly due to flooding/ surface water/ rainfall) on 12/09/2017 and 13/09/2017.

Specifically, I would appreciate if you could provide, for the aforementioned dates:
- the name and/or coordinates of the council's road(s) that closed due to adverse weather, and/or heavy rainfall, and/or flooding;
- the time of the above closure(s);
- the date and time of the re-opening of the above roads.

We have no record of any unplanned road closures on those dates.
