FOI Request - Inclusive Economic Growth Outcomes

Please send me the following information:
1. As part of your Regional Economic Strategy or Regional Economic Recovery Strategy, can you send us the results of your evaluation of the direct and indirect employment impact on the regional economy of local authority and public sector funding cuts for 2019/20 and 2020/21 or for any other time periods which have been undertaken.
2. The results of any modelling of the potential for job creation in the public sector over the next 5 years (or for any other time period that has been undertaken) as part of meeting the inclusive growth outcomes.
3. Please can you provide, for each of the individual projects in your Deal, a copy of the logic model or theory of change which explains how they will deliver on the five inclusive growth outcomes.

Q3: This information is not held, and is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. Business Cases are still being worked upon for the Moray growth Deal and comments from UK and Scottish Governments on the Outline Business Cases are awaited before finalising Business Cases at which time Logic Models may be available. The department concerned suggest that this information may become available in a few months.
