FOI Request - Road Gritter D83

We are making a request under the above Act for information relating to Moray Council Road Gritter Plant number D83 for the period 17 to 18 February 2020.

In particular, we require the following information including GPS tracking data, onboard vehicle location tracking records or data logging information showing the location of that vehicle and the spread rate of grit during that period.

Our vehicles have GPS tracking but we can only access data for the past 3 months, so this information is not held. It is therefore exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - information not held. 

Our vehicle tracking system does not record any spread rate data.  The only information we have regarding spread rates is from our Vaisala DSS Manager system where planned actions stipulate the spread rate that should be used, and the amount of salt used is recorded afterwards.
