Please could you provide data you hold as a percentage or figures including the number of children affected against the total number of children in care between 01/01/2019 - 31/12/2019 that were:
1. Categorised by Social Services at risk whilst in care
2. Placed in a secure unit or lock-in facility
3. Reported missing
4. Arrested
5. Convicted of a criminal offense
6. In prison or young offender institutions
7. Hospitalised
8. Receiving on-going mental health treatment
9.  Recorded by yourselves or a foster agency as having committed an act of self-harm
10. Achieving 90% attendance at school
11. Please could also provide information relating to how many looked after children and formally looked after children died between 01/01/2015 - 06/12/2020 that the Council is aware of and the reported causes of death if it is known to the council?

10. 114 children with 90% or more attendance out of 147 current children showing as LAC.  If a child was looked after from August, but no longer is, then they would not show in this report.   In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can confirm that our system will only report on the status as of today.
