1. How many tenants (residents in homes for which you have responsibility
for maintenance) did you have between Jan 2019 - Jan 2020?
2. How many complaints/enquiries did you receive relating to mould or damp from your tenants between Jan 2019 - Jan 2020?
3. How long on average did it take to resolve these enquiries/complaints?
4. What was the estimated total cost of responding to these requests between Jan 2019 - Jan 2020?

Response 02-12-2020

1.           The following is for secure tenancies in mainstream council owned properties.  
Between 1 January 2019 and 31 January 2020, there were 6,551 tenants.  Some of these tenancies may have also ended during this period.

2.           29 complaints/MP enquiries received between 1 January 2019 and 31 January 2020. 

In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 'excessive cost', please be advised that we are unable to provide figures for all other types of enquiry as they are not categorised in that way on our system.

3.           For the 29 complaints identified at Q2, 8 working days on average.

4.           Total £17133.46 on 78 works orders raised between 1 January 2019 and 31 January 2020.  These may not necessarily have made a formal complaint/MP enquiry and therefore may not be included within our response to Q2/Q3.
