1. In the months of August, September and October 2020, how many visits to gyms were carried out by trading standards and/or environmental health teams? Please break down your answer by month, and provide me with a list of the gyms visited.

2. In the months of August, September and October 2019, how many visits to gyms were carried out by trading standards and/or environmental health teams? Please break down your answer by month, and provide me with a list of the gyms visited.

3. In the months of August, September and October 2020, how many visits to gyms were carried out by trading standards and/or environmental health teams, and subsequently were fined  for breaking, or were issued guidance on adhering to, Covid-19 rules? Please break down your answer by month, and provide me with a list of the gyms that were fined or had guidance issued, and what the fines/guidance issued was.
