2. How many applications for Planning Consent for the installation of uPVC windows in Conservation Areas in the Moray Council area in the period since 1st January 2010 have had such consent granted? – 14 by Officers and 4 by Local Review Body on appeal.

3. How many third-party reports of unauthorised installation of uPVC windows in Conservation Areas have been received by Moray Council in the period since 1st January 2010? -10

4. Of these third-party reports, on how many occasions has Moray Council taken enforcement action in relation to such unauthorised works in a Conservation Area in the period since 1st January 2010? - 2 Enforcement Notices issued, 4 dealt with by submission of planning application and remaining 4 are current investigations.

5. Where enforcement action has been taken, has the action been complied with on every occasion? – Yes
