FOI Request - Acoustic Shock Reporting Under RIDDOR Guidelines

1. I am writing to request an Freedom of Information request relating to all accidents reported by BT (British Telecommunications PLC) for Acoustic Shock since the year 2000 which has resulted in an absence of more than seven working days in line with the correct accident reporting procedure for RIDDOR guidelines under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.  

2. I am also requesting a Freedom of Information request relating to all accidents reported by any other companies or individuals for accident since the year 2000 relating to Acoustic Shock which has resulted in a period of absence of more than seven working days under the RIDDOR guidelines in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

1.The majority of BT activities fall under the remit of the Health and Safety Executive and not the Local Authority.
