FOI Request - Rateable Value of Schools-Rating Revaluation 2017

We should be obliged if you could provide in both paper and electronic format the undernoted:-
1. A list (“the List”) of the names and addresses of all of local authority schools within the education authority area. “Schools” includes (1) local authority primary schools, (2) local authority secondary schools, (2) local authority special schools, (3) local authority nursey schools, and (4) local authority Community Education Accommodation.
2. In the List we would be grateful if you would include, for each individual school, the unit cost rate that was applied for Main Buildings for the purposes of the revaluation notice issued in or around March 2017.
3. In the List please also indicate, for each individual school, whether or not an revalution appeal was made during 2017, in respect of the valuation of each of the schools
4. In the List would you please indicate, for each individual school, whether the school was revalued at the new revised 2019 Unit Cost Rate for Main Buildings, and (if known) the reason(s) for the revaluation.

Please find a list providing information on the Rates appeals of Moray Council's schools attached here.

(1) the list is of all our schools and co-joined Community Education accommodation.
(2) a unit cost rate of £1,600 was applied by the Assessor to each Main Building for the purposes of the revaluation notices issued in or around March 2017.
(3) the Council submitted re-valuation appeals during 2017 in respect of all properties on the list.
(4) each school on the list was revalued at the new revised 2019 Unit Cost Rate of £1,500 for Main Buildings.
