FOI Request - Macasphalt and Hill House

I am looking for the following information under FOI:

1. All correspondence relating to the ownership changes of Hill House purchasing Macasphalt where they both appear on current procurement frameworks for roads related tenders for the past 18 months.

2. Copies of the Certificate of Non Collusion from Macasphalt and Hill House that cover the time period of March 2019 to present.
