1. How many community payback orders have been delivered by the local authority in each of the past 12 months?

2. How many community payback orders are current outstanding for delivery in the local authority?

1. The Scottish Government publish the Community Payback Order figures for each authority on an annual basis and we do not hold a final figure for 2019-20 as the data is still being checked. In accordance with section 27(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can advise that this information will be published on the Scottish Government website here. We hope this will be within the next 12 weeks, however we are aware there may be delays, especially considering the current COVID 19 disruption. 

2. All Community Payback Orders have been allocated and are in the process of delivery.
