1) During 2020, how many council employees were placed on furlough. If this number changed over time, please provide a breakdown of when the changes took place and what they were.
1a) Please provide the conditions of the furlough (i.e. 100% wage with 80% furlough and remaining 20% topped up by the local authority)
2) During 2020, the number of employees of council-owned ALEOs who were placed on furlough with a breakdown by ALEO. If this number changed over time, please provide a breakdown of when the changes took place and what they were.
3) For 2020, a monthly breakdown of the number of council employees made redundant
3a) For 2018 and 2019, the total number of council employees made redundant per year.
4) For the financial years 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20, and the forthcoming financial year 2020/21, please provide the following information.
4a) The salary of the five highest-paid council employees, their name and role, date of joining the council, and details of any bonus payment.
4b) For the financial years 2019/20 and 2020/21, an indication as to whether any planned or approved bonus payments have been paid in full or not accepted by the top five highest-paid council employees (if relevant)

2. Moray Leisure - Throughout the period there was a fluctuation in staff numbers as staff returned to work, retired, left or went on maternity leave. We are unable to provide a detailed breakdown because of the low numbers involved in each date, this information is exempt under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, personal information. Please find the original number of staff placed on furlough and the most recent number recorded, below:
23/3/2020 – 123 staff on furlough
31/8/20 – 69 staff on furlough
3. a) The numbers are so few that disclosure could risk identifying individuals. This information is therefore exempt under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, personal information.

4. a) Salaries for the Chief Executive and Directors/Depute Chief Executives, who are the highest paid Council employees, are published in the Council's annual accounts and are therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland)Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
