Can you advise if you have ever had  any children, now or before travel more than 30 miles to attend school in the Moray area?

There are currently no children on entitled home to school transport within their designated zones travelling in excess of 30 miles per day to attend school in the Moray area.

There have been instances in the past of children traveling out of Moray to specific education bases. These children have attended these educational establishments on a boarding basis and only travelled at weekends or up to every third weekend. There have been 7 children in this category in the past 5 years.

In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can confirm that we do not keep records of children travelling into Moray from another authority at parental choice or likewise out of Moray to another authority at parental choice as these families will support their own transport arrangements.
