How many fines have been issued to people for dropping litter in public within your council area in the past five years?

Can you please break down the figures by year and month and provide the most up to date information available?

For each year, how many of the fines issued were paid and how many remain outstanding?

If possible, can you provide locations for where the littering happened which led to a fine being issued?

Can you please also clarify whether dog fouling fines are included in your figures or whether this is deemed separate to people dropping crisp bags/ cans in streets or parks, for instance.
