I would like to obtain the following information from 1 March to date (where applicable)
• The number of fly tipping incidents reported in your local authority area in each week from 2 March to date.
• The volume of fly tipping collected in your local authority area in each week from 2 March to date.
• How much has been issued in fines with regard to fly tipping and how many incidents led to fines being issued.

2) In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can advise that the requested information is not held. Fly tipping is uplifted by whatever vehicle is in the area collecting general waste at the time, not by just one vehicle therefore we do not have individual weights relating purely to fly tipped items.
