FOI Request - Wages and School Uniform Grants

I am looking to find out the information below under the FOI legislation.

1) The lowest wage each authority pays as a Living Wage Employer
2) The amount paid in School Uniform Grant by each authority

1) Moray Council have implemented the living wage, therefore the lowest hourly rate paid is £9.34

2) The current award for a school clothing grant is £100 per child. 1342 clothing grants were issued 2019/2020 (1st April to 31st March).
