FOI Request - Small Business Bonus Scheme Numbers

I would like to make a request, under the freedom of information act, to know the number of small businesses who have received the £10,000 grant since the scheme started until 25th April 2020

I would also like to know how many businesses are currently registered in Moray as being exempt from rates under the Small Business Bonus Scheme.

1. To provide this information would the Council in excess of £600 and so in accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we unable to comply with this part of your request. 

2. As at 1 July 2020, 2722 non-domestic rates accounts were in receipt of 100% Small Business Bonus.
