FOI Request - COVID-19, Relief Business Rates

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with copies of the following: ·

A full list of businesses that have become newly liable for business rates between the 16th March to the 15th April 2020 (even if they are exempt due the COVID-19).  Please send the full business name and liable party, full address, property type and also the date the became liable.

Moray Council publishes quarterly information relating to new Non Domestic Rates liabilities on its website (available here). This has been updated for quarter four from 1st January 2020 till 31st March 2020. The next data update for 1st April 2020 till 30th June 2020 will be published early in July.
