FOI Request - Vacant Dwellings by Council Tax Band

Please provide me with the following information, broken down by the 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20 financial years.

For each of the above time periods, please tell me how many dwellings in each council tax band (A-H) were vacant for more than 12 months.

Due to the nature of the database the Council uses we are not able to provide retrospective years as requested - as such, in accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can advise that this information is not held.

As at 31st May there were a total of 1980 Council Tax properties which had been empty for more than 12 months. The breakdown per band is as follows.

B - 459
C - 362
D - 247
E - 168
F - 67
G - 25
H - 10
