Q1. Moray Council.

Q2 - 5. This information falls under exception 10(4)(b) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 - the request for information is manifestly unreasonable. This is due to the fact that the systems used by the council do not have a specific drugs litter item that enquiries can be logged against, and therefore thousands of jobs would need to be checked individually in order to identify any relating to drugs. However, any needles that are uplifted during working hours are recorded on the spreadsheet which can be viewed here (from 2017 onwards).
