FOI Request - Blue Badges

I'm writing to you to request the following information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act:

1. The number of Blue Badge applications approved in each calendar year between and including 2009 and 2019.
2. The number of Blue Badges which have been withdrawn in each calendar year between and including 2009 and 2019. This refers to those which have been actively withdrawn through misuse, rather than those which have expired.

If possible, I would like the data in the form of an excel sheet.

1. Please note that information prior to 2012 is not held electronically and to provide it would cost the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we are therefore unable to provide it. Please see information for 2012-19 below, and note that automatic approvals have been included in the total number below.
