We have tried and failed to find via your council web-site,   e-mail contact details for your Business Rates / National Non-Domestic Rates Dept , so we would appreciate these details and if possible a name of the senior officer in that department .

The contact details for our Non Domestic Rates section are displayed on the Moray Council website and are therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. for ease of reference please find a link to the page here.
