FOI Request - Core Paths in the Moray Area

This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.

I request the data that defines/describes the Core Paths in the Moray area. I do not mean maps but the coordinates of the points that define the route of the paths. This is typically presented as a GPX file but I am not specifying this. I am requesting that the data be released under an Open Government License so that there are no onerous restrictions on its use.

I understand that you pass this data to the One Scotland Mapping agency but they do not release it and are not, as I understand it, covered by FOI rules.
