We operate our own MRF for segregating our co-mingled cans and plastics collection so all non-recyclable material is removed prior to the materials being sent away from us, hence no rejected loads for aluminium, steel, and plastic bottles. We have had no loose paper/card loads rejected.

We usually bale all our cardboard, and as such remove any contamination at this stage. However our baler has been out of commission for 2019, hence we have had 4 loads of cardboard regraded down to loose paper/card, and a total of 4.16 tonnes of contamination rejected for landfill in 2019.
