We would also like to receive a list of properties that have been Asset Transferred in the last 12 months also as per the above mentioned act.

The requested information is exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. 

The Council's searchable asset register is published here. Using the available tools, a list of vacant properties in Elgin can be identified and downloaded.  

Asset transfers were considered by Policy and Resources Committee on 4 June. See item 8 of the agenda here. This report is published annually.
