FOI Request - A941 Craigellachie Bridge Traffic Orders
Request 101002254617
Could you please provide copy of all Traffic Orders relating to the construction of and new routes for traffic for the A941 Craigellachie Bridge which opened in 1972 at Craigellachie.
Response 09-09-2019
We have checked records that we have access to and, in accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, we can confirm that no traffic orders for the creation of the new bridge were found, only those that amended the existing vehicular traffic arrangements related to the old bridge. The bridge didn’t open until c.1984.
Those orders are published online and are therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. For ease of reference, please use the following links to view them.
