FOI Request - Alternative Dispute Resolution

I am researching the current growth of mediation as a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for public sector staff and wondered if you could please provide me with as much information as you are able on any use of mediation in Employment Disputes for employees within for your Council.  This is to include, if possible, who would provide employee mediation, in what circumstances and whether it has been  success.

From an employment perspective we us the process of mediation on a regular basis. This is generally undertaken by our own trained HR staff but on occasion other trained mediators from out with HR (still from within our employ) have undertaken this.
