Insurance

Moray Council’s insurers handle claims on our behalf. If you have a claim, please phone the Moray Council switchboard on 0300 1234561. Your call will be directed to the relevant Council Service where you will be asked for more information and, if your claim is valid, provided with the necessary forms.

Once you have completed and returned the forms, our Insurance team will forward them to our insurers, who will then liaise directly with you on the progression and outcome of the claim.
