1) A full breakdown of all expenses claimed by, and paid on behalf of, the chief executive of the local authority in the 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19 financial years. This should include details of travel, subsistence, and accommodation, and those payments made on behalf of the chief executive using central credit cards and/or booking systems.

2) Full details of any expenditure by or on behalf of the chief executive in relation to overnight stays in hotels within the local authority area between July 2018 and July 2019, including dates, costs and name and location of the hotel.
