FOI Request - Section 50 Missing Shares

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding Missing Shares payments.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The details of all Section 50 Missing Shares payments within the council area since 2013. Please include the date issued, the date completed, the building’s usage (residential, industrial, business, etc) and the nature of the maintenance to be carried out.
2. The amount spent by the council on the implementation of work relating to issued Section 50 Missing Shares payments each year since 2013.
3. The amount retrieved by the council from building owners as a result of work relating to issued Section 50 Missing Shares payments each year since 2013.
