FOI Request - Section 42 Maintenance Orders

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding Maintenance Orders.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The details of all Section 42 Maintenance Orders served within the council area year since 2013. Please include the date issued, the date completed, whether the work was carried out by the council or by the owner, the building’s usage (residential, industrial, business, etc) and the nature of the maintenance to be carried out.
2. The amount spent by the council on the implementation of maintenance plans under Section 42 Maintenance Orders each year since 2013.
3. The amount retrieved by the council from building owners as a result of maintenance work carried out under Section 42 Maintenance Orders each year since 2013.
