FOI Request - Housing Renewal Areas

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding Housing Renewal Areas.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The details of all localities where Housing Renewal Areas have been declared within the council area since 2013. Please include the date issued, the date works were completed, the building usage in the area (residential, industrial, business, etc) and the nature of the maintenance to be carried out.
2. The amount spent by the council on the implementation of maintenance plans relating to Housing Renewal Areas each year since 2013.
3. The amount retrieved by the council from building owners as a result of maintenance work relating to Housing Renewal Areas each year since 2013.

This information is published in the Local Housing Strategy and is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. for ease of reference, however, please find the relevant section copied below:

The Local Housing Strategy 2019-24 (Page 39) states:
"Moray does not have large geographical concentrations of private sector housing in areas in need of physical renewal. For this reason, designation of Housing Renewal Areas in Moray have not been considered."
