FOI Request - Demolition Orders

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding demolition orders.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The details of all Demolition Orders served within the council area since 2013. Please include the date issued, the date completed, the building’s usage (residential, industrial, business, etc) and the reasons for the closure.
2. The amount spent by the council on the implementation of demolition orders each year since 2013.
3. The amount retrieved by the council from building owners as a result of work carried out under demolition orders each year since 2013.

1)  The Housing Orders Register is published within the the Environmental Health Registers and Notices on the Council's website here. 
This information is therefore exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information Otherwise Accessible. We would only serve Demolition Orders on residential premises.

2)  £ Nil The Council has not implemented  any demolition orders.

3)  £ Nil
