FOI Request - Dangerous Building Notices

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding Dangerous Building Notices.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The details of all dangerous building notices served within the council area since 2013. Please include the date issued, the date completed, whether the work was carried out by the council or by the owner, the building’s usage (residential, industrial, business, etc) and the nature of the maintenance to be carried out.
2. The amount spent by the council on the implementation of maintenance relating to dangerous building notices each year since 2013.
3. The amount retrieved by the council from building owners as a result of maintenance relating to dangerous building notices each year since 2013.
