FOI Request - Abatement Notices

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding Abatement Notices.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The details of all Abatement Notices served within the council area since 2013. Please include the date issued, the date completed, whether the work was carried out by the council or by the owner, the building’s usage (residential, industrial, business, etc) and the nature of the disrepair.
2. The amount spent by the council on the implementation of maintenance relating to abatement notices each year since 2013.
3. The amount retrieved by the council from building owners as a result of maintenance relating to abatement building notices each year since 2013.
4. The number of fines handed out relating to abatement notices each year since 2013.

1. Environmental Health Registers and Notices are published on the Moray Council website here and is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
