FOI Request - Buildings With Loose Masonry

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for information regarding buildings.

Specifically, I would like the following information:

1. The number of reports of fallen masonry within the council area each year since 2013.
2. The number of reports of fallen masonry within the council area which resulted in injury each year since 2013.
3. The number of reports of fallen roofing - including slates, chimneys and tiles - within the council area each year since 2013.
4. The number of reports of fallen roofing - including slates, chimneys and tiles - within the council area which resulted in injury each year since 2013.
5. The number of reports of ‘dangerous buildings’ within the council area each year since 2013.
6. The number of reports of ‘derelict buildings’ within the council area each year since 2013.
