FOI Request - Foster Caring Allowances And Fees

I am looking to obtain the annual rate of all listed below for Financial years 2014/2015, 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018 and 2019/20
1. Can you advise what rates the council pays in Foster Caring Allowances for each age range for the period?
2. Can you advise what the Foster Caring Fees are for each skill level for the period?
3. Can you advise if the Local Authority paid out any other allowances/fees to Foster Carers, ie for Telephones, Mileage, equipment, daycare for the period.
4. Can you advise if the local authority has paid Retainer Fees to Foster Carers whilst the children are placed in respite care, i.e does the foster care receive any payments whilst the child is not in their care? – If so how much was the Retainer fee for the period?
5. Can you advise if there is any Holiday payments made, if yes how much was the Fee for the period?
6. Do you provide any payments for Birthdays, Christmas etc, if yes can you advise of the Rate per year for the period ?

1 - 2 Please find the requested information attached below:
3 - Carers are paid mileage at 0.45 per mile. Equipment when required and if there are none in our stock and daycare at the daily allowance rate for the child
4 - Fees are paid as per sheets attached for short break and also if a placement ends and the carer is open for another placement they are paid a retainer of between 2 and 4 weeks depending on their level.
5- Carers used to receive two weeks of their fee at the end of the financial year but in the new scheme they retain their fees during short breaks so do not receive this amount
6 - Age related allowances are paid for summer and Christmas with 2 weeks at summer and 1 for Christmas
