I would request the following information on the complete contract/contracts for affordable housing being purchased by the Moray Council for new housing in Mosstodloch from Springfield Proerties.
I believe it is direct with the Moray Council however should it involve a third party Housing association please also supply these details
I would request a breakdown to include
House types, number of bedrooms and the m2 of the houses, land cost, and build cost, site servicing cost along with a copy of all contracts and any other auxillialry costs.

Details of the building contract are commercially sensitive and disclosure could prejudice the business interests of the parties involved. This information is therefore exempt under section 33 (1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
The purchase price of the Stynie Road site was £645,000.
