Request the following information on schemes offering council workers loans and or subsidy to purchase a bike for personal use.

NB: the Cycle2Work Scheme is not solely for personal use - The Department of Transport and HMRC guidelines states that the cycle must be used to cycle primarily to and from work, this should be around 50% of the usage.
