1. How many Adult Carer Support Plans were prepared in your local authority in 2018/19
2. How many Young Carer Statements were prepared in your local authority in 2018/19

1. As accurate as we can get, 253 Adult Carer Support Plans have been completed.

2. No young carers received a Young Carers Statement, because it doesn't exist in Moray yet.  On the basis of the young carers known to this service, we anticipate upwards of 300 young people in Moray having a caring role, but until we have the means to identify them we won't know for sure.  We have received 9 referrals for young carers between 01 Apr-31 Dec 18, all of whom have completed, or are completing, an assessment of need within this service.

No young person has requested a Young Carers Statement and not had as assessment offered/started.
