FOI Request - Cleaning of Floors in Schools

We are making a request under the above Act for information relating to your high schools.

In particular, we request the following information, including sight of any written or electronic communication, detailing: -

(i)      Policy in relation to cleaning/inspections of flooring in schools, as applicable on 1st September 2018; and
(ii)    Cleaning records and rotas from 2nd August 2018 to 2nd September 2018.

Please find attachments below in relation to cleaning/inspections of flooring in schools, as applicable on 1st September 2018. 

Note: There is no policy as such as flooring varies across all sites, supervisors would complete an inspection sheet on a member of staff weekly. Please find a copy attached here. We also have a more detailed management inspection sheet that would be completed periodically, please find this attached here.
