FOI Request - Allocation of Discretionary Nursery Funding

Please could you provide the total number of discretionary funded places for each year from 2013-2014 to 2018-2019 inclusive which were funded at:
a) one of the Council’s own nurseries (early learning and childcare centres)
b) a private or voluntary partnership provider

Please note the figures provided for FOI 101002010571 were only for partner providers and did not include local authority nurseries.
Therefore please find amended figures below, which have changed slightly, to include both partner providers and local authority nurseries.
2013/2014 – all who applied received deferred entry but 33% fell into the August – December age bracket
2014/2015 – all who applied received deferred entry but 35% fell into the August – December age bracket
2015/2016 – all who applied received deferred entry but 28% fell into the August – December age bracket
2016/2017 – all who applied received deferred entry but 22% fell into the August – December age bracket
2017/2018 – all who applied received deferred entry but 26% fell into the August – December age bracket
2018/2019 – In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can confirm that this information is not held.
2013/2014 – 16 partner providers, 21 local authority
2014/2015 – 23 partner providers, 15 local authority
2015/2016 – 13 partner providers, 17 local authority
2016/2017 – 11 partner providers, 9 local authority
2017/2018 – 18 partner providers, 11 local authority
