Could you please supply me with the following information in relation to any sports facilities with changing rooms which are owned or run by the council?
1) Are your changing rooms and shower cubicles single-sex or mixed-sex? Do mixed-sex facilities have floor to ceiling doors and panels?
2) Has a spy camera or similar equipment been found in any of your changing or showering facilities within the last three years? If so, how many of these incidents have been in the last 12 months? How many were found in facilities that were designated mixed-sex, male-only or female-only?
3) Have holes been found in the cubicle doors or side panels in any of your changing or showering facilities within the last three years? If so, how many have been identified in the last 12 months? How many were found in facilities that were designated mixed-sex, male-only or female-only?
4) How many of these incidents were reported to the police?

Response 11-03-2019

1. There are a mix of single sex and village changing-rooms within the portfolio of facilities. All changing and shower cubicles have either no door (showers) or a gap at the top and bottom of the door ie. no floor to ceiling ones.

2. No spy equipment has been found. One incident of a mobile telephone being used as a camera for illegal purposes has been recorded.

3. No holes have been drilled through cubicles or partitions/doors.

4. The one incident is being dealt with by Police Scotland.
