FOI Request - Contract Number 18/0033 and 18/0034

I would like to know the following information regarding the recent Moray Council, Home to School Transport Tendering. The contract numbers are 18/0034 Smaller Vehicle, School, Public and Community Transport and 18/0033 Larger Vehicle, School, Public and Community Transport.

I request the following information

1 The name of which operators were awarded which routes on contract 18/0033 and 18/0034

2 The cost of each route awarded on contract 18/0033 and 18/0034

3 A copy of all PSV operators who have taken part in contract 18/0033 and 18/0034 operators licences.

2. Disclosing individual route costs could substantially prejudice the commercial interests of the Council and the companies involved. This information is therefore exempt under section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, commercial interests.
