EISR Request - High Hedges

I would like to request the following information under the appropriate Freedom of Information Act.

The numbers of applications made to you as a local authority in each year since the High Hedges (Scotland) Act 2013 took effect.

I would be grateful if you could specify failed applications including on the grounds that it is a non-hedge, appeals which have been successful and unsuccessful, and if possible numbers of disputes involving the local authority that have been settled prior to a formal application.

Number of Applications for High Hedge Notice between 2014 (Act wasn't law until early 2014)  to present - 2

Failed Applications between 2014 to present - NIL

Appeals - 2     i) Little Buniach, Kellas -   September 2014 - High Hedge Notice quashed

                        ii) Isla Bank House, Keith - May 2017 - Appeal by Hedge owner dismissed

Unaware of any disputes involving Moray Council.

In addition to the above there have been 18 enquiries regarding alleged High Hedges that have not been followed up by the enquirer.
