c) What was the original date of purchase or contract start date for your Finance software? The contract is for annual support and maintenance for a number of modules and the start date of the current contract period was 01/04/2018 and is active through to 31/03/2019
d) When is the contract renewal or expiry date for your Finance software? 31/03/2019
e) What is the cost of annual support and maintenance (last financial year April 2017- March 2018) for your Finance software? £118,091 (note this covers a range of modules and not just financial management)

a) What is the current version of the Payroll software 10.30
b) Is the Payroll software hosted on-premise by the authority, off premise by the supplier or delivered via the public cloud? On-premise
c) What was the original date of purchase or contract start date for your Payroll software? The contract is for annual support and maintenance for a number of modules and the start date of the current contract period was 01/04/2018 and is active through to 31/03/2019

e) What is the cost of annual support and maintenance (last financial April 2017- March 2018) for your Payroll software? £38,892 (note this covers a range of modules and not just payroll management)
