Can Moray Council please supply me with details of how many pupils were classed as 'school refusers' in both primary and secondary schools in 2014/2015, 2015/2016, 2016/2017 and 2017/2018?

Can Moray Council also please supply me with how many pupils had a 0% attendance rate in both primary and secondary schools in 2014/2015, 2015/2016, 2016/2017 and 2017/2018?

In each individual case I would like to know what the reasons were for the 0% attendance.

2014-15 – Primary 0 pupils   /  Secondary 9 pupils
2015-16 – Primary 3 pupils  /   Secondary 9 pupils
2016-17 – Primary 4 pupils  /   Secondary 17 pupils
2017-18 – Primary 0 pupils  /   Secondary 6 pupils

3. In each individual case I would like to know what the reasons were for the 0% attendance.
