I am writing to you to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to Statutory Notices issued on properties by the Council dated as far back as your records hold. These notices are issued under the categories of; Planning, Building, Environmental and Housing. Please see the following list of Legislation/Acts that these Notices are issued under:

To provide this information would require individual examination of all records over approximately the last 20 years, costing the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we are therefore unable to provide this information.
