1. Regarding the ham served to pupils in schools in your council area, please state whether nitrates/nitrites are part of the ham product used.
2. Regarding the other cured meats served to pupils in schools in your council area, please state whether nitrates/nitrites are in the products used.

1. We use 2 products and both contain Sodium Nitrites.

2. All other cured meats we use do not have any nitrites/nitrates.
